    Due to the nature of our blind box products, we are unable to process refunds or exchanges once the item has been unboxed, unless there is a quality issue. We do not accept returns for change of mind or if you did not receive the target item in the Blind Box.
  2. Incorrect, Damaged, or Missing Items:
    If your order contains incorrect, damaged, or missing items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted. For any issues, please email us first at pande727@outlook.com.
  3. Packaging and Shipping:
    While we take great care in packing your items, we cannot guarantee that the outer packaging will arrive in perfect condition due to the nature of international shipping. Any damage to the outer box is due to handling by the shipping carrier and is beyond our control. We are only responsible for damages to the items inside the blind box.

If you receive broken items, please email us with the following information:

  • Photo of the damaged item
